Terms and conditions
These general terms of use (“General Terms”) apply to the website at https://true-meniu-web.app (“True Fine Coffee”), whose domain is https://truefinecoffee.ro. The site is operated by True Fine Coffee and made available to users (“User(s)”); we refer to the site/application together as the “Application”.

1. Purpose
True Fine Coffee operates in the HORECA sector. Its main activity is offering food and drinks at its premises at Ioan Bacalu 4, Palas Campus, Iași (“Venue”). It also operates a technology platform through which Venue guests may order and pay for items that will then be served to them inside the Venue. By accessing the site and voluntarily creating a profile, Users expressly agree to these General Terms as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published online. If you disagree, do not use the Application.
2. Access and registration
2.1 Basic registration requirements
To register as a User you must:
– Complete mandatory registration fields (e.g. username, email and payment card data);
– Read these terms carefully; accepting them is required before registration;
– Accept the privacy policy;
– Accept the cookie policy.
Once registration is complete, True Fine Coffee will confirm registration and provide further legally required information. Consumers benefit from applicable consumer-protection legislation.
2.2 Profiles and responsibilities of registered Users
Users choose a username and password; both are confidential, personal and non-transferable. Do not reuse credentials across platforms. True Fine Coffee does not guarantee account security.
Registration requires certain details (username, email, card details among others). Users may access and update their profile. Payment data are processed and stored by the payment provider as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy; True Fine Coffee does not store card credentials beyond what is described.
Users warrant that registration information is accurate and kept up to date. False or incomplete information, or reasonable doubts thereabout, may lead to denial or withdrawal of access.
Users must not share credentials or allow third-party access. Users remain liable for any actions carried out with their credentials. True Fine Coffee cannot guarantee Users’ identity and will not be liable where registered identities are abused by third parties. Notify True Fine Coffee promptly through official channels if credentials are compromised.
2.3 User obligations
Users are solely responsible for lawful use of the Application according to applicable laws and good faith. Users must comply strictly with these Terms.
Users are solely responsible for content they submit. True Fine Coffee disclaims editorial responsibility and does not endorse opinions expressed by Users.
Users shall not misuse the Application for unlawful purposes, harm third parties, interfere with other Users or damage Application availability.
Violations remain Users’ liability; True Fine Coffee disclaims damages arising from unlawful third-party use beyond its reasonable control.
Without limitation, Users shall not: alter Application behaviour via bypass or interference; infringe IP or data-protection laws; harass others; access third-party accounts without consent; introduce malware; or conduct unsolicited bulk messaging.
2.4 User reviews
True Fine Coffee may collect reviews about products and publish them (possibly identifying reviewers by first name) according to the Privacy Policy. Reviews are requested only after an Application order but submission remains voluntary. Sending a review constitutes acceptance of processing/publication as applicable.
2.5 Theft or misuse of payment cards
Users must notify True Fine Coffee if they suspect theft or fraudulent card use linked to their profile. True Fine Coffee and the payment processor will endeavour to block further misuse once duly notified but accept no obligation to investigate or reverse unauthorised transactions by third parties. Users should contact police where appropriate; True Fine Coffee may cooperate with competent authorities.
2.6 Deregistration and suspension
Users may voluntarily deactivate accounts via in-application support flows where offered. True Fine Coffee may suspend or terminate accounts if Users cease meeting registration requirements or reasonably suspected fraudulent/abusive use or breaches of these Terms occurs.
3. Operation of the service
Registered or guest Users may place orders via the platform. The primary purpose is to display Venue products and details; Users may add items to a basket and pay with bank cards within the Venue. Items ordered via the Application are fulfilled inside the Venue as referenced above.
Benefits for registered Users
Authenticated Users may earn cashback (“Cash‑Back”) of 5% (in Lei) on qualifying orders paid by bank card through the Application; percentages may change or end without prior notice. Accumulated cashback may partly or wholly offset purchases via the Application, any remainder payable by card.
Placing an order
To order you must agree to these terms and specify your table number so staff know where to deliver; numbers are marked at Venue tables. Users remain responsible for correct table selection and basket contents; True Fine Coffee is not liable for User-entered errors.
Payment
Orders require payment in full by bank card and/or eligible cashback for registered Users, according to offered flows.
Fulfilment
After confirmed payment the Venue prepares the order; Users typically receive an estimated readiness/time indication shortly thereafter.
4. Liability regarding the Application
Users need compatible connectivity/equipment. Report outages via official channels; True Fine Coffee will follow up reasonably but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service nor perpetual freshness of content. It accepts no liability for connectivity faults beyond its control except where mandatory law requires otherwise and shall endeavour to restore normal operations upon awareness.
True Fine Coffee accepts no liability for security incidents or damages to User hardware/software/files stemming from viruses, browser faults or outdated software versions. It confirms possession of licences necessary for its technology operations.
5. Updates
True Fine Coffee may revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at any time and will provide legally required advance notices where mandatory. It may update Application content or layout subject to applicable legal obligations.
6. Intellectual property
True Fine Coffee owns or licenses intellectual/industrial property in software, the Application and its curated content. Access does not grant assignment or licence of those rights. Copying, derivative works or unauthorised exploitation are prohibited except within statutory limits.
Where permitted by law, by registering Users grant True Fine Coffee a royalty‑free worldwide licence (including sublicense rights within lawful bounds) to use User‑provided content in operating and promoting services.
